We have been working with Cedar Hub for almost two years. They have helped us to design and build an on-line IBP process maturity assessment tool. The Cedar Hub team have been invaluable in the design process, supporting us to create a user-friendly and intuitive assessment tool. They have worked with us to continuously improve and refine this, making suggestions based on their extensive knowledge of the IBP process and, of course, the capabilities of the system. More importantly, the level of customer service has been excellent. The Cedar hub team are always available to provide support, where necessary. But what is most useful to us is their continued interest in developing the tool. Rohit has a good understanding of end-2-end supply and business management and has helped Dechra to document the 'as-is' S&OP process with a view to transitioning it to IBP. He has also worked on putting in place other supply / production scheduling tools. Rohit has developed an IBP Hub, which is a web-based management portal that facilitates the running of IBP Review meetings, and that includes Agendas, Actions, Vulnerabilities / Opportunities, workflow escalations and document uploads.
