Mark Barrett Commercial Director

Mark Barrett has over 25 years’ commercial experience within the FMCG sector in Commercial and Procurement.  Most recently working for Müller within their milk & ingredients division as Regional Commercial Controller, Mark managed and developed a diverse team of business development managers to drive profitable growth within existing and new customers across all Out of Home channels.  Prior to that Mark worked with Dairy Crest Dairies and Unigate Dairies as Commercial Controller, National Account and Procurement Manger.

Mark has worked as commercial lead as a subject matter expert on many business change projects from conception and design through to implementation and training providing project teams with practical insight and process solutions from a commercial perspective.  Some of the key projects Mark has been involved in are the introduction of Sales & Operations Planning and Integrated Business Planning, along with Business acquisition, mergers and integration projects to streamline process, systems and drive synergy benefit.
